Nikhil Jain from ADSEL group presented a research paper entitled, "Design of Metamorphic Dual-Junction InGaP/GaAs Solar Cell on Si with Efficiency Greater than 29% Using Finite Element Analysis" at the 38th IEEE Photovoltaic Specialist Conference, Austin, Texas in June and it was nominated for best poster award
